The complete project design service includes the following:-

An Initial Design Feasibility study together with a budget construction cost estimate prepared by Quantity Surveyor can be undertaken to assess the viability of the project.

We can then carry the project forward with Planning and Building Regulation Applications.

Carry out property, site surveys and structural investigations by a Structural Engineer.

Tender procedures including CAD working drawings, structural engineer drawings, calculations, mechanical & electrical consultants input, NBS specification by a quantity surveyor all designed to your specific requirements.

CDMC Health & Safety Plan prepared by a Planning Supervisor
Obtain competitive tenders and engage a contractor with a Standard Form of Building Contract.

Administer the terms of the contract during the works which will include site inspections, monitoring progress, valuations, cost reporting, agreement of variations and accounts all to bring the project to a satisfactory completion.
